Welcome to the Estate
Wine has been produced at Schloss Kirchberg since the 12th century — the estate has been owned by the Salomon family since 1869.
Today, brothers Fritz and Matthias Salomon run the estate together: Matthias & Elke the restaurant, Birgit the guest rooms including organic breakfast, and Fritz the biodynamic winery — with hand and heart.
